Unfortunately, booking flights with points is slightly more cumbersome than paying with money - but it’s a small price to pay for incredible value! In our Redemption Assistance Service, we will walk you through every step of the process from transferring your points to booking directly with an airline program. In some cases, you may need to call an airline to complete a booking. We provide instructions as per the booking scenario.
